Weißburgunder
It captivates with its light yellow colour with greenish reflections. Its elegant aroma of ripe apples, tropical fruits and citrus make it a versatile companion. Its structured, harmonious taste, its invigoratingly pleasant acidity and its fruit finesse open doors for it among wine lovers. Enjoy our Pinot Blanc, for example, as an aperitif, with fish or light South Tyrolean dishes.
In the glass, this white wine presents itself with a bright golden yellow. But in addition to its obvious muscat notes, our Goldmuskateller also brings its Mediterranean charm into play and charms lovers of its variety with fine citrus aromas and scents of orange blossom. The brilliant flatterer is a real star of the world, as a dessert wine as well as a perfect aperitif wine.
Lagrein Kretzer
Our Lagrein Kretzer. We speak of Kretzer when Lagrein grapes are made into rosé wine. Depending on the vintage, the colour can vary from an antique waxy pink to a bright pink. On the nose, it evokes memories of ripe strawberries with a light bouquet of roses. Its fresh acidity and youthful vinous character invite you to drink it. Let yourself be invited by its harmony.
Vernatsch
The Vernatsch is a real South Tyrolean original and therefore must not be missing at our farm. Chilled on hot summer days, it presents its bright ruby red colour brilliantly and invigorates you with its typical flowery-fruity fragrance and its characteristic almond note. The taste is dry, yet fresh and harmonious with a pleasantly integrated acidity. Be it with starters such as Italian antipasti and summer salads, with typical Tyrolean home cooking, bacon, sausage and mild cheese.
Lagrein Riserva
Our Lagrein presents itself in a dark ruby red, at the beginning with violet, later with garnet reflections. It is a pleasant, dry red wine. With intense violet and bitter chocolate notes on the nose, it remains velvety and slightly tart in the mouth. Its pronounced structure with soft tannins makes for a a long-lasting taste. A somewhat edgy red wine for the cooler season to accompany hearty dishes such as game, red meat and mature cheeses.
Merlot-Lagrein Riserva „Gallus“
Our cuvée of Merlot and Lagrein, the „Gallus“, appears with a similar colour scheme as the Lagrein Riserva. It combines the advantages of the local rugged South Tyrolean Lagrein with those of the international velvety star Merlot. The result is a wine with aromas of ripe currants, plums and intense dark chocolate. The palate is distinguished by velvety tannins with a soft, round yet persistent finish. Perfect with classic meat or game dishes as well as mature cheeses.
