Viticulture has a very long tradition at the Biedermannhof, as wine has been pressed in the vaulted cellars of the farm for centuries.
The cellar of the Biedermannhof offers our guests the opportunity to taste the farm's own wines in a fitting atmosphere and with the extensive knowledge of the host and winemaker Hannes. The cellar also offers a venue for smaller celebrations or even marriage proposals for special occasions. The main part of the cellar is about 500 years old. The staircase leads to the somewhat younger storage cellar, where the wines mature and develop their aromas in peace. It was only built around 1915. Adjacent to the main cellar is the new wing, where the main processing of the grapes and fermentation of the mash takes place in steel barrels.
